  5. Then add tomatoes and 1 1/2 spoon rock salt and cook till tomato gets mushy.
  6. Now add 4 spoons kulambu milagai podi/homemade curry chilli powder and cook till raw smell goes off in low flame. Add left over water by cleaning mixie while grinding ginger garlic paste and curry paste and cook till oil oozes out..
  7. Now add the pressure cooked country chicken along with stock and mix with the masala. Add water if needed. Boil the curry for another 15 minutes and switch off flame. Check for salt and spice levels. Add pepper and coriander leaves if needed..
  8. Serve hot with rice, chapati, roti, paratha, idiyappam, idli and dosa..
