Chicken masala step by step
- Marinate the chicken with curd,salt,kashmiri mirch,lemon juice and ginger garlic paste for about 30 minutes..
- Heat mustard oil with tezpatta and add chopped onions till golden brown.add ginger garlic and green chillies paste with whole spices already added..
- Add salt and kashmiri mirch as per taste..stir for 5minutes..
- Add marinated chicken and cook for next five minutes..
- Add 1 glass of water and cook for next 2 whistles in pressure cooker..
