  1. Soak chanadal and lobia for 2 hours..
  2. Take chicken pieces in a pressure cooker,add dal and lobia.Add red chillies,cinnamon stick and bay leaves.Add 1 cup water and pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle.After 1 whistle simmer the flame and cook for 3-4minutes..
  3. Let pressure release itself,open the lid.If any water remain,dry it.Discard bay leaves and cinnamon stick..
  4. Take out in a blending jar,add powdered masala and salt,grind to a smooth consistency..
  5. Take out in a bowl,add chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilli..
  6. Mix and make kababs..
  7. Shallow fry on a tawa/frying pan on low-medium flame till golden..
  8. Serve hot with salad..
