- Collect all the ingredients take a pressure cooker first we will make yakhini you have to make potli for it take muslin cloth add all khada masala and make a potli now add water in pressure cooker add potli and add onion slit in 4 parts whole garlic and ginger,chillies,chicken now pressure cook till 1 whistle..
- For whom who dont have fennel seeds and coriander seeds just fry all khada masala add water into it add onion,whole garlic,ginger, chilli and chicken and pressure cook for 1 whistle..
- Now pressure cook it till one whistle only. Now when cool take all the masala out of it nad separate the chicken and ita water from it..
- Now take the cooker add ghee into it fry the sliced onion till get brown..when get done brown keep half of it in cooker and take half into a plate now add jeera,shahjeera cardamom cloves cinnamon fry it and add ginger garlic paste chilli paste fry it and add 1/2 cup water into it so that the onion release it's colour now add chicken into it add curd and fry it for 5-10 minutes add salt same time, when oil released add chicken broth/water.
- Clean the rice and add into it now add nutmeg and mace powder check the measurement that if water is less add more water should be one inch up from the rice. Atlast garnish it with left fried onions coriander and mint leaves.serve it with mint chutney.
